Carlisle Young is a Grammy Winning music executive with over 20+ years of entertainment experience. He was born in Jamaica West Indies and raised in New York City, where he started his career in music.

Mr. Young worked as a producer/engineer and music manager until 2015, when he moved to Brazil, the once-booming economy, to work in private equity.

Prior to working as a creative and executive, Mr. Young worked at Relativity Records and Platinum Island Recordings in New York City.
